Glencairn Dairy Ltd are on the hunt for an awesome 2IC to join us on our 500 cow farm.  We are located 20 minutes from Oamaru near Windsor.  The farm is flat to rolling, 85% of the farm is irrigated with pivots and the balance is in k-line. The shed is a 40 ASHB with feed pad, in shed feeding, protrack, ACR's and auto teat sprayer. Glencairn is part of a larger corporate structure, there is plenty of opportunity to grow and learn within that environment. We would like the 2IC to be involved in all aspects of the farm, including financial budgeting, environmental compliance and H&S.
