This farm is a 280ha 600cow spring calving dairy farm, 50 rotary cowshed, herd home, running system 3. Our business also runs a 150ha 300cow spring calving dairy farm, herringbone cowshed, system 2 Dairy farms are 10mins apart. We are a young family running a simple, tidy and well-organised farm , milking through a modernised 22-aside plant with HALTER technology . This role is mainly focused around milking and caring for the animals , so we’re looking for someone who has good attention to detail and takes pride in animal health and welfare.
