We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dairy Farm Assistant to join our team on a 365-cow dairy farm in the Rotorua area, milking through a 36-aside Herringbone shed. Previous dairy farming experience is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided for the right person who is hardworking, willing to learn, and committed to maintaining high standards of animal care and farm operations. Your duties. 110 Hectare easy rolling farm just out of Te Poi. Modern 50 bale rotary, inshed feeding, ACRs, Auto teat spray, drafting gate. Halter collars on cows. We are looking for a Relief milker that is capable of working predominately sole charge. We are husband/wife sharemilkers with no staff, looking for a reliable relief milker so that we can have some time off. Recently renovated 3 bedroom house available on farm if required.
