We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team on our 131ha Farm milking 390 autumn calving cows. This is through a 38 aside herringbone with ACRs, protract and in shed feeding. The farm is located 30 minutes from Wanganui and 35minutes from Hawera. This job would suit a motivated individual looking to expand their skill set with support from farm owners. We currently work on a 6 on 2 off roster. Start date asap or 1/09/2026. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate or willing to learn the following: - Pride in their work and farm presentation - Ability to work well alone and in a team. - Motivation and willingness to learn - Good time management - Tractor operation and feeding out on feed pad - Effluent Management -Animals Health (detection and treatment of Mastitis, Lame cows, Down cows and ability to identify sick animals) - Shed Hygiene and Maintenance - Assisting with calving and mating - General Farm Maintenance - Follow farm procedures and...

  We are looking for a Person or couple that has the passion for Dairy farming and technology, and to make it there long term future. As this job will entail  The use of Halter Must be quiet around stock A Modern 54 cow rotary shed  A Redpath shelter for feeding/wintering/ calving cows in. Good tidy machinery. The farm has a support block 5 min away that the young stock go to. The Farm is 10min from Inglewood township/school. bus at gate This roll will include : Milking the cows twice a day working as a team Working with farm adviser and owner to get the best out of the farm pasture walks weed control  feeding of stock  tractor work general  farm maintenance etc Please only apply if your living in New Zealand as this is a 1st June start and there is not a lot of time left Thanks.
