Motivated; reliable Farm Assistant required for a HALTER farm milking 1800 cows through a 80 bale rotary. No more getting cows in and no more standards and reels  We are looking for our next superstar to join our team. Set on 220 Ha of beautiful flat land located just 20 mins to Ashburton and right by the ocean, is our lovely farm that has been in our family for many years, we are passionate about the land, the cows, and our people.   We are in need an experienced Dairy Farm Assistant.   You will assist in the day to day running of the farm including milking of our gorgeous 900 cows through a 50-bail rotary with ACR, and be condiment in break fencing, weed control, animal health and shed hygiene, however, you will receive very good onsite training as well.   A minimum of 1 years practical experience in New Zealand is essential and you will really need to have a positive attitude, be great at communication and willing to work as part of our established amazing team, who are all very stable and supportive.   We finpd operating on a 6/2 roster for most of the year gives everyone a good work/life balance and it is important to us that everyone has their down time.
