We require a calf rearer for the spring.  Ideally the applicant will be reliable, strong and able to work in all weathers.  The position could work around school hours, or twice a day, but is seven days a week, for a minimum of eight weeks, to get us through the busy period.   If interested relief milking could also be available over the entire season.   No experience required as full training will be provided.   You must be currently living in New Zealand and eligible to work in New Zealand to apply for this job.

The role requires experience dealing with milking ,Mastitis treatment ,lame cow treatment and managing a herringbone shed and a good knowledge of animal welfare and shed hygiene. The dairy farm is situated close to Rangiora and Kaiapoi

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Sheep Milking Farm. This year we plan to milk 850 ewes and carry 150 Beef Cattle. We are a busy farm located minutes from Te Awamutu with lots of variety. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to try out the sheep dairy industry.
