We are a busy 1100 cow dairy farm on the border of Whanganui city.  We are looking for a part-time tractor driver for our busy cropping season coming up.  Cropping and silage would be the main jobs you would be working on.  This season runs from now to Christmas.  We also will need help around February, March. This job would suit someone retired or semi-retired as the hours are sporadic.  We plant our own crops and make all our own silage.  The work is often weather dependent.   Experience not important as long as you are a competent driver.

In search of a relief worker to help milk 300cows in a 30 aside herringbone shed. This is part time and would suit a student or someone wanting a few hours work. Situated .Close to Palmerston North or Feilding. No Accommodation available  Daily tasks would include but not limited to Milking Break fencing Feeding calves Basic tractor work Stock work  Please attach your CV  Applicants must be drug free Drivers licence an advantage 

Relief milking position. Support from permanent employed staff when needed. Milking 1000 cows through an 80 bail rotary cowshed. Set roster for relief milking and more casual work may be available at times. Working as part of a 6 person team. At least 1 year experience required in New Zealand farming. Start date negotiable . We milk 270 cows 10 minutes from Fielding and Palmerston North. Due to our relief milker moving onto full time employment.  we require a new one This role will require someone to milk along side one other to assist in all aspects of the milking shed. There is the opportunity to help out with the calf rearing from time to time as well. You would be required to milk every second weekend and also some milkings during the week but these can be flexible. 

We are looking for someone to join us who is clean and quiet in the shed, has excellent dairy hygiene and is great with the girls. This is an assit role  Flexible start date but work available imediately Other work may be available if desired. 630 Cows through a 44ASHB with Auto teatspray, Inshed feeding and Protrack  Nice quiet cows  Roster can be flexible to suit both parties with the only non neogiable being every other fri, sat, sun to cover staff days off. Looking for a relief milker to cover weekends with increased hours over December and January. Must be eligible to work in NZ.

Friendly farm team looking for a reliable drive in relief milker for sole charge milkings. Experience is essential. The role will include getting cows in, milking, washing up and locking away cows using a quad bike. 18 ASHB.  We require someone to do at least 3 milkings a week - possibly more to cover staff time off.  We are located 5 minutes South of Masterton.  Training and support provided.  Must be living in NZ.
