Applicants MUST be NZ citizens or HOLD NZ RESIDENCY. Please DO NOT apply if your NOT currently living in New Zealand. We are looking for an honest and reliable farm assistant with a good attitude. Must have a current drivers licence and at least one years NZ farming experience. You must be flexible and be able to adapt to different work conditions. Farm is located 15 mins to Pahiatua, and 30 mins to Palmerston North. Split Calving - approx 150 Autumn Peak milk 400 -450 cows, through a 40 ASHB with ACR's, in shed feeding and automated wash system. Must be capable of sole charge milking's when required. The successful applicant will get a variety of work, ie: from checking on young stock, feeding out, fencing, mowing grass silage, feeding calves, animal health etc. So, communication is a must with progressive sharemilkers. Current work roster is 8:2,  (8 on 2 off) this can be negiotable.
