We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist us through the calving season. This is a fixed term job for the period of 3 months only.  The duties will include assisting with milking, fencing, calving, calf rearing etc. Depending on the willingness to learn farming , experience and skill set of the person the duties can be changed or made more flexible. This role is ideally suited for someone who is looking for a fixed term work for 3 months or someone on a working holiday visa. The person applying for the job must be familiar with the west coast weather condition or must be willing to work in a wet conditions as this year is expected to be very wet spring for the west coast.
