NZ CITIZENS ONLY PLEASE About the farm The property was converted to dairy from forestry in 2019, with extensive thought put into the layout and infrastructure. the cowshed is a fully automated 60 bail rotary,  with inshed feeding along with a feedpad, we milk 1050 cows TAD year round from August - May. the farm is equipped with cow manager so knowledge of this would be beneficial but not essential. we run a simple system, where nobody milks more than once per day to get out on the farm. Machinery is of a high level, along with excellent shedding and housing.  We feed winter and summer crops to achieve being self contained with all young stock remaining on the property. the home available is a 4 bedroom brick home, double garage with internal access, fireplace with wetback, ensuite off master bedroom. the farm belongs to a larger corporate entity, so opportunities for growth are limitless What we are looking for 2+ seasons experience ability to ride...
