This is a full-time, permanent role on an 5 on, 2 off, 6 on 1 off roster. You’ll be based in a well-managed herringbone shed, working as part of a larger, coordinated operation with another nearby 450-cow property. The role focuses on daily milking, herd health, reproduction, and pasture management, with responsibility for guiding junior staff and keeping accurate records. The HALTER management system is also an integral part of the farm, with virtual fencing and real time pasture and animal information.
