Key Responsibilities Milking Operations: Carry out morning and/or afternoon milkings efficiently while maintaining exceptional milk quality and hygiene standards. Shed Management: Prepare the cowshed before milking and ensure the plant, yards, and equipment are thoroughly washed down and maintained afterward. Stock Management: Safely and calmly bring cows to and from the shed. Animal Welfare: Monitor herd health during milking, identifying and reporting any issues like lameness or mastitis immediately.
