We are looking for an experienced and motivated HERD MANAGER  to join our friendly team on our 1000-cow Canterbury Dairy Farm. Milking through a 70 bale rotary with ACRs, All Flex collars and Pro-track. We are proud of what we do and who we are as a team. We hope to find  someone who takes pride in high standards of animal care, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a well-run and progressive farming operation. You will work closely with the Contract Milker, 2IC and wider team to ensure our herd is healthy, productive and well cared for, while maintaining high standards across all aspects of the role as a Dairy Farmer. This role would suit someone with experience as a Herd Manager (calving cows, operating tractors well, treating cows etc). 5 years experience atleast is needed.
