Job Description We are looking for a   motivated and experienced Head Calf Rearer   to take full responsibility for rearing   350 heifer replacements   on our well-run dairy operation. Additional 100 beef bulls to be reared on farm. This is a key role on farm, ideal for someone who takes pride in raising   healthy, well-grown calves   and enjoys working independently while being supported by a positive team. About the role You will lead the calf rearing operation and ensure our young stock get the   best possible start to life . Key responsibilities include: Ensure feeding good quality gold colostrum in the first hours of life.
