Job Description  We are looking for a Farm Assistant to work on 143 hectares farm, milking 440 crossbreed cows under a System 2-3. This is a unique and efficient shed, milking the girls through a 36aside herringbone with ACR and auto teat spraying supported by a barn that holds 250 cows. We are looking for; -Someone that has a keen eye for feeding cows and looking after them as their own. -2+ year full time dairy farming experience and currently working in a dairy farm -A self-motivated person that is keen to learn, not afraid to ask questions and bring new ideas. -Organisation is a must, knowing how to prioritise is key in this farming operation as you will step up and take the reins in the farmers absence. -Tractor experience would be a great advantage, but they are always keen to teach -You must be physically fit -clean criminal records, and drug check to be considered before for the role starts. -The farm has plenty of maintenance and capital development projects on...
