Due to unforeseen circumstances we are looking for a keen and motivated person to assist our team with the daily running of a 600 cow farm in Opio.  this position is flexible whether it be part time or full time, fixed term or permanent. There is a 3 bedroom home available for the right applicant and we are happy to tailor the job to suit.  farm is a tidy 200 ha unit with 40 aside herringbone with ACR, Protrack, walk over teat sprayer, and more. Milkings are quick and efficient always milking with one other staff member.  an excellent remuneration package is on offer to the suitable applicant. Weekend Relief Milker – Five Forks, North Otago We are looking for a   reliable and capable relief milker   to help with weekend milkings on our dairy farm at   Five Forks, North Otago . We are milking approximately   600 cows through a 40-aside herringbone shed . This is a   drive-in position   and would ideally suit someone local looking for regular weekend work. Hours: Morning milking:   5:00am – 8:30am Afternoon milking:   2:00pm – 4:30pm Weekend work The role will primarily involve milking and general dairy shed duties. Previous dairy or milking experience would be an advantage; however,   training can be provided for the right person . We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a good attitude, is confident around livestock and can work independently once trained. Good hourly rate for the right person.
