THE OPPORTUNITY Are you an experienced senior farm assistant looking for the next step in your farming career, or you may have already been in a similar role, either way - this Production Manager (2IC) leadership opportunity at Totara Dairy could be the ideal opportunity for you. Join this supportive and friendly team who all work well together, as 2IC you will also work closely with the Farm Manager.  You will help to implement farm plans and take on a degree of responsibility for feed allocation, animal health and breeding and animal records.  You will also be happy to muck in and support the team where needed. On the Farm Managers Day off, you will take responsibility for the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
