We are seeking a motived individual to join our team for the current season as Farm assistant or Herd manager. Could also suit a couple, with a second role available helping calf rear & milking. Peak milk 950 cows through a fully automated 60 bale rotary. A very strong pasture based system with low inputs. We focus hugely on animal health, excellent hygiene practices, and having a quiet herd and friendly cows. The farm is fully irrigated, with 3 pivots, solid sets, and a small section of sprinklers. You will be involved in all day to day tasks and will have the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge across all areas of the farm. Experience is preferred but mainly looking for someone who has the right attitude, is eager to learn, takes pride in what they do and works to a high standard.
