Tractor Operator & Farm Maintenance – Haupiri Dairy Farms & Runoff (West Coast, South Island) Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable, practical, and experienced operator to join our Haupiri dairy farming team. This role covers tractor operation, general farm maintenance, and support across both the dairy farms and runoff. Join our team on a well-structured dairy farm milking roughly 560 cows. We operate an efficient 40-bail herringbone. There will always be two people milking together as we have no automatic cup removers.This is a drive-in position, making it perfect for someone who already lives locally or prefers to commute and maintain their own off-farm housing. We are looking for a reliable, motivated Dairy Farm Hand to assist with day-to-day operations. You will work alongside the contract milker to maintain high standards of animal welfare and milk quality.
