We are seeking an experienced farm worker (1-2+ years) to work as a Farm Assistant on a 600-cow farm located approximately 20 minutes west of Invercargill, milking through a 40 Aside Herringbone shed. You'll have a range of duties to keep you busy, interested and developing including:   - Milking and monitoring milk quality, - stock handling and feeding - fencing, weed control, - calving, calf rearing, - shed maintenance & preparation,   - tractor operation for feeding out, fertiliser, mowing and silage - monitoring, recording and maintaining animal health and other general farm duties. We are looking for an Assistant Farm Manager (2IC) or good farm assistant that can soon step up to 2IC, to join our team on Mount Bee Dairies, located in Northern Southland 40–60 minutes from Te Anau, Gore, Invercargill, and Queenstown. With the possibility of taking over Management in 1 or 2 years for the right person.  We milk 630 cows through a 54-bale rotary with ACRs, auto teat spray, in-shed feeding.
