The operation is pasture-based, supported by in-shed feeding systems and modern machinery to ensure efficient farm management. Got 500 cows milking through 40 aside herringbone shed twice a day all season. we need a person who is physically fit and can perform everyday tasks easily. need a person who can : milk cows , getting cows to the shed, clean the shed keep the hygine and can ride 2 & 4 wheelers on farm. feeding out on tractor and do basic tractor jobs. training will be provided.  3 bedroom warm brick house available on farm with fire place and attached garage. school bus go outside the farm gate and tokoroa town just 15 minutes drive away.

Grasslands Waikato is currently looking for an experienced Farm Assistant on our farm that  is 355 effective hectares of predominately flat to rolling contour, with a few steeper sidling’s, milking 1000 cross bred, spring calving cows through an 80-bail modern rotary cowshed.  The model is pasture based, the shed has in shed feeding facilities, and the farm is equipped with all modern machinery required to run the property effectively.
