We are seeking a motivated and reliable   Full-Time Farm Assistant   to join our team on a well-equipped 750-cow dairy farm, located halfway between Gore and Clinton. This is a great opportunity to be part of a progressive operation with modern systems and a strong team environment.   Farm Details: 750 cows 54 bail rotary shed Automatic cup removers and teat sprayer Automatic drafting gate Halter collars Modern, well-maintained machinery   The Role: You will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day farm operations including milking, animal health, feeding, and general farm maintenance. You’ll work as part of a team committed to high standards of animal care and farm performance.   Roster: 6 days on / 1 day off over calving 7 days on / 1 day off, 4 days on / 2 days off, for the remainder of the season (every second weekend off.) Farm Assistant (Gold Stream) - 400 cows. Some experience preferred but could be entry level for the right candidate. A great position that gives experience in all aspects of dairy farming. Must be reliable as milkings are often sole charge. Remuneration package will be based on previous experience. Great flexible roster, generally 5:2 with some 6:1 expected over calving. Applicants MUST already reside in New Zealand. We are not accredited employers.
