We are seeking an experienced calf rearer to manage approx. 350 calves from birth to weaning. Must be honest, reliable, punctual , and a strong team player . Requires 3+ years’ experience and proven ability to rear large calf numbers. Must be physically fit and able to lift 2 x 20L buckets up two steps . Proactive in identifying, treating, and restoring sick calves to full health. Able to drive safely through gateways without damaging equipment. Competitive hourly rate or contract offered. Three‑bedroom house with office/4th bedroom available (separate to role). Farm is 10 minutes drive to Dargaville. Potential part‑time work for a partner on farm.
