Multiple farms (Matatā, New Zealand)
Looking for a calf rearer to assist us over calving (1 July - 15 October).
Will need to be confident and capable. Previous experience is preferred but the position can easily be learnt by someone willing.
This position will involve rearing approximately 200 calves (milk, meal, hay and water) plus feeding bobbies.
Will mostly be working autonomously, however there will be experienced staff nearby if help is needed.
Could lead to more work on farm for the right person.
