The opportunity – We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Farm Manager (2IC) for one of our 12 dairy units. The dairy unit is ha with 730 cows milked through a 43-bail herringbone.  This role reports directly to the Farm Manager and you will work closely with them to ensure the farm plans and targets are achieved. We operate a 600 cow split calving Dairy Farm 8kms from Matamata. Cows are milked through a 44 ashb shed and fed year round on an adjacent feed pad via a mixer wagon. Farm has good infrastructure and machinery. We seek the services of an enthusiastic person, who has a proven work record and ability with both stock and machinery, . Casual work may be available for partner. Please note accomodation  would suit only single person or couple. Non smokers only please
