We are seeking an experienced and motivated 2ic for a stunning dairy farm in Ealing. The dairy farm is established, however the farm has been split into two. This means we milk 650 cows through a brand new 54 bale rotary shed (ACRs, in-shed feed). This role reports directly to the Contract Milker and you will work closely with them and other staff to ensure the farm plans and targets are achieved. We have a well established team on the other half of the farm who  have been with us on this farm for two seasons and were with us on the previous farm too. We are proud of our team, our results and the farm we get to work on. You will need to have exceptional knowledge around animal health, treatments, pasture management knowledge, an eagerness to learn and great communication both written and oral.
