Experienced 2IC Farm Worker Wanted – Bainham Not an accredited employer We’re looking for a capable, reliable farm worker with 3+ years’ experience to step into a key 2IC role on a 1200-cow farm located 18 minutes from Collingwood in Golden Bay. The farm operates an 80-bail rotary and needs someone confident, skilled and ready to support day-to-day management. As 2IC, you’ll work closely with the Farm Manager and be an important part of the day-to-day running of the farm.
