We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic  Assistant Herd Manager to join our high-performing dairy team in Ikamatua, Grey Valley, West Coast, starting 20th July 2026. You will work with 650 predominantly Friesian cows, milked using a 54 bail rotary shed with ACRs, Protrack, in-shed feeding, Datamar Collars, and irrigated paddocks. Requirements: - Experience working on dairy farms  would be helpful but not essential - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Excellent communication and time management skills - Commitment to developing skills and learning - Legally entitled to work in New Zealand - Understanding of animal health and welfare monitoring
