You’ll lead a team of 2 full-time staff, with support from casual part-time labour, and oversee the day-to-day performance of the farm across people leadership, milk production, animal health, pasture management, environmental compliance and overall farm presentation.

This role will suit a capable and motivated manager who can build a high performing team, maintain strong systems, manage budgets and farm targets, and contribute positively to the wider Pouarua business. With strong operational support, quality infrastructure and clear systems already in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a meaningful role and make a real impact.
