Dairy Support Runoff Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with initiative and drive who can work well on their own and as part of a team. This run-off property provides dairy support for two dairy farms. The manager is responsible for the day to day running of the property (in communication with the farm owner) and is required to manage the grazing and feeding of all dry stock, ensuring they meet target weights and condition. You will have a varied work load Managing - animal health, pasture and cropping management, staff management during winter, vehicle and equipment maintenance, general farm maintenance, record keeping, co-ordination/ communication with various people & businesses, as well as health and safety. Please provide an updated CV with references.  Must be a New Zealand citizen.
