We are looking for a reliable, conscious and adaptable Herd Manager for our small family-run farm located in a prime position between Hamilton and Cambridge and close to SH1.
Your responsibilities will include milking 170 cows in a 25 aside Herringbone shed, feeding out, spraying, animal husbandry, mating and calving.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years NZ Dairy experience who is confident with all of above tasks but is also able to follow instruction, health and safety practices and use initiative.
Requirements also include having a clear criminal record and being drug free (Pre-employment and random drug testing may apply)
