Unfortunately, we are again looking for a full-time Herd Manager to start ASAP.
Position is full-time covering all dairy farming jobs from milking, stock work, feeding out, tractor work, weed spraying, urea spreading etc.
You will be one of 3 full time staff.
38 ashb shed with in-shed feeding used all season. Have ACR's fitted
Cows are fitted with Sensehub collars. Autodraft gate as well.
Need at least a minimum of one year of full-time experience on a farm in NZ.
This is a drug and alcohol free work place.
Farm is in Hinuera about 12 minutes from Matamata, 25 min to Cambridge and 45 min to Tauranga and Hamilton

Crossbred to Friesian herd.
170 ha dairy farm in Hinuera 10 minutes from Matamata. 36 ashb with ACR's, auto draft and in shed fee3ding. 440 cross bred/ jersey cows fitted with Allflex collars. Supplements are fed in shed most of the milking season. Grass and maize silage is fed out as needed through out the year. We are owner operators. You will be working with us and another staff member.
