Experienced Farm Manager required for a 650-cow dairy farm based in Owaka.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the farm operation, including staff management, animal health, pasture management, milk quality, and maintaining a high standard of farm presentation and performance.
Can lead and motivate staff
Has strong animal health and pasture management knowledge
Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Holds a current driver’s licence
Has experience with dairy recording systems and compliance requirements
