We require a Herd Manager to add to our team milking 1230 cows through a 60 bale rotary shed with automatic cup removers.
We are looking for someone who is fit, honest, reliable with excellent communication skills and has the ability to work in a team environment. The successful candidate must have a clear police record and currently be living in New Zealand.
The Herd Manager is required to assist the Contract Milker with the management of the milking herd and grazing. Duties include but are not limited to:
Milking
Animal Health
Irrigation
Weed Control
Shed hygiene and other general farm tasks
