Animal Health Mgmt: lames. mastitis, RFM. Monthly BCScoring and reporting. Shed hygiene and milk quality to reach grade free target and cooperative difference standards.
Pasture Mgmt: daily pasture allocation, supplement and inshed feeding system. Assist in training farm assistants.
Tractor driving and general farm work.
Minimum of 2 years NZ dairy experience. Full drivers license. Able to pass a drugs test and have their own transport.
Fully irrigated (pivots mainly). 70 bail rotary, ACR. in-shed feeding. Good infrastructure and tidy farm.
