Shamrock Fern Dairies Ltd is the company associated with Guiney Group which is primarily dairy farming in Fairlie, currently with 3 x 50/50 sharemilkers, a lower order sharemilker and a manager across 5 dairy farms.
Our farm systems are pasture curve farming, highly profitable, enjoyable and enable us to share the repeatable profits with very competent performers .
We will have a vacancy for the 2025/26 season at Raidale in Rai Valley Marlborough. This farm will be in its 3rd season under our ownership and oversight and has been fully developed with a new 44 bale rotary, comprehensive new laneways, new pastures and is very well appointed with 3 houses.
It is partially irrigated with 35 ha of k-line
The very high quality original herd has been added to and this farm enjoys our highest BW herd. The current manager has done a superb job and is moving to another role in our group .
