This farm is approximately 336ha and 315ha under 4 automated centre pivot irrigation systems currently milking 1250 cows, through an 60 bail rotary shed with ACR’s, auto teat spray and auto drafting. With the unpredictable weather the dairy has been set up with great undercover vet area and use Easy Dairy Automation for all herd records. This farm is 100% Spring calving beginning in mid-July. The herd is mixed size with both small & large frame quiet natured cows. We run a two herd system with an easy entry & exits system and the farm is predominantly pasture based with pellets fed in the dairy.
