TeMarama farm is one of our top performing farms with good infrastructure and is located 35 minutes from Palmerston North and 20 minutes from Feilding.
TeMarama is a 330 Ha split calving farm milking a total of 980 cross bred cows made up of 340 autumn calving cows and 640 spring calving cows targeting 410000 to 440000 kg milk solids per season. There are a total of 5 staff on farm working a 8 day on 2 day off roster.
There is a 50-bail rotary shed with ACRs. With auto drafting. There are 2 x 350-cow feed pads.
All applicants must be currently in NZ and be a NZ citizen/resident. Hopkins Farming Group takes the health and safety of our team very seriously and have a drug free policy so the successful applicant will be subject to a pre-employment drug test and regular random alcohol and drug testing. A full driver’s licence will also be a requirement.
