Greener Grazing is currently seeking a highly motivated individual (or couple) to join our sharemilking operation. Greener Grazing is growing dairy business using 100% pasture.
Our key focus on farm to achieve profitability are:
-A strong team culture, entering farm teams in local sports events and many other social activates.
-Individual personal development, providing ito training and a large variety of exposure to the ins and outs of the farm business
-Pasture Management, the whole team will regularly participate in pasture walks to develop their understanding.
-Fertility, the aggressive use of oad and 3in2 milkings are used to ensure we achieve above industry targets in 6 week in calf and in calf rates
-Health and Saftey, ensuring we provide safe (and fun) working environment for all our team with weekly h and s meeting
-Efficient farm procedures, including max t milking 3in2 milking etc.
The right person for this position would ideally bring alot of energy to our current dynamic team, with a hunger for learning and to progress themselves personally and in their career.
