Five minutes from town, Tau Ke is one of the closest farms to Lake Taupo and the beautiful Taupo township. Converted to dairy 5 years ago, Tau Ke has new, well maintained plant and equipment - 60 bale rotary shed with in shed feed system, Protrack, automatic cup removers, Halo technology and automatic plant wash system. The farm runs at a level 3 production system, utilising pasture and a feed pad to milk 1000 Spring cows. Good calf rearing facilities and all young stock and breeding bulls are reared on farm.
