We are looking for an experienced herd manager /2ic  that takes pride in animal health pasture management and farm presentation.  Myself and my partner are really driven motivated people that demand 100% effort when working we enjoy having a team first mentality and like to see everyone enjoying work and grow.  We have been contract milking for 5 years and It is our first year on this farm in Arohena there is a lot of work fencing etc so looking for someone that is confident with ramming posts and fixing fences . The farm has a feed pad and a 44as rotary cowshed with acrs. We will be running two herds with the whole season so you will be tasked with managing a 330 cow herd.  Workers on farm Myself Kurt and Fred  House is a nice brick 4 bedroom home  Many thanks Dan and Kayla
