Henli Farming Ltd is on the search for a new Dairy Herd Manager ready to progress their career in the dairy industry on Tussock Dairy Farm. The successful applicant will be tasked with carrying out duties individually including but not limited to: Ø  Setting up the milking shed, milking, and shed hygiene Ø  Setting up and taking down break fences to allow correct feed allocations as instructed, Ø  Shifting and recording effluent, Ø  Identifying animal health symptoms and treating with different remedies, calving cows and identifying milk fever plus calving and mating duties. Ø  Train juniors on basic farm tasks when required. Ø  The tasks on this farm are varying!  The successful applicant will need to have a clean driver's license, be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and be currently living in New Zealand.
