Farm assistant required located in Southbridge peak milking 1050 cows. Modern 48 bail Rotary Cowshed Mainly Pivot Irrigation with some K-lines and Sprinklers Full-time, Permanent Minimum 30 hours, Maximum 50 hours- $74,000 total package (including accommodation) What we are looking for,  Assisting with day-to-day herd operations, including animal health, production, and overall performance. Carry out sole charge milking Assisting with feed allocation and pasture management Setting up break fences Calf Rearing  Assisting to identify animal health issues  Operating and maintaining farm machinery (tractors, motorbikes) Training will be provided. Accommodation $200/ week Must be willing to share accommodation if required  No pets  Applicants must be legally required to work in New Zealand.
