We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a farm assistant for June 1st start date. No experience is not a deal breaker for us, as long as you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we are happy to start someones pathway through the industry. There is also chances of progression through our business for the right person. We are not an accredited employer. So must be in NZ to apply. The right person for this role should be/have: - Good time management - Be able to work in a team as well as by yourself - Be honest - Have empathy towards both stock and other staff - Have a good sense of humor - 100% Drug Free (must be able to pass a random drug test as these will be held thoughout the season) - Must have 2 references available Currently our team consists of us (LOSM), a 2ic and herd manager.
