We have a great opportunity for a 2IC for our low input grass and crop, self-contained, 380 Jersey cows Once A Day (OAD)farm in the Manawatu. The farm is 200ha flat to rolling with an adjacent 130ha beef block. All cows wintered on beef block.  Located 20mins from Feilding and Ashhurst and 30 mins from Palmerston North. We encourage a work/life balance. This role is within a family business on a well-maintained farm with a ten-year-old dairy shed. We are looking for a hands-on team player who is prepared to undertake all duties required to manage and operate the dairy platform and adjoining beef support block.  Ability to supervise other staff members essential.  You will need to be healthy and fit and if required happy to undergo a medical, drug and police check .
