Our beautiful 290Ha farm is located just 30 mins to the hustle and bustle Greymouth town centre, so we consider it to be in a great location for singles and families alike.   There is plenty to do on your days off and there are good schools close by.   Due to promotion from within we now require a strong assistant herd manager to come and be part of our close-knit team, so we will need you to be an excellent team player.   We are not into titles here, we will work together as a team, we are not the type of people who will say “it’s our way or no way”, we are very open to how we can do things better.   Ideally, you will have a good 12 to 18 months experience under your belt as we do need someone who can drive a tractor and feed out.   Milking our beautiful 750 cows through a 50-bail rotary with ACR and auto drafting, we will expect you to have strong milk harvesting skills and you must also be at the top of your game when it comes to shed hygiene and animal health and...
