ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced assistant manager (2IC) starting 1 June 2025. The role will report to the Farm manager. We would expect you to have a minimum of 3 seasons’ experience, be great at milking in our 50 bail rotary and have pasture management knowledge, be right on top of animal health and wellbeing, have good people management skills and be serious about developing your career in dairy. We encourage training our people and provide all the necessary tools and assistance to ensure you are successful.
