I have 4 years experience working on dairy farms (1 year as a farm assistant, 3 years as a farm manager) I am a fast learner and a hard worker who enjoys the challenges that dairy farming has to offer, with the day to day operations and job duties. Unfortunately My kindness, and hard work was taken advantage of by my ex employers, emotionally, mentally and physically. I gave them my 110% when it came to my work commitments dedication to solving and finishing my job duties. I can offer: -Respect for your animals, equipment and property's - I will give you my 100% in all my jobs that I am required to do and will get them done with no muck around -Got a good eye, and hands to detect mastitis, lame cows etc. -i am really clean and quiet in the shed -i ain't afraid to get out on steep hills to weedspray or pull ragwarts -I can construct new/old broken 2-7 wire fences. Tape gates etc -I have minimal experience in a tractor but am confident on a quad and 2 wheeler. -i can rear calfs from new born through to weening. i am currently managing, operating and overseeing a 110 cow dairy farm based in Opotiki. I am fortunate that I was able to build a stable and loyal relationship with the farm owner and all stock on farm. Due to the farm company getting liquidated I am now left to find another employment opportunity
