I'm very keen to work as a Dairy Farm assistant or Assistant Herd Manager, Nearly 3 years Experience as Dairy Farm Assistant, have the willingness to learn new things, very open minded, curious, have a can do attitude, works hard and punctual, loves working in a team, have a positive vibe. I do plant wash, vat wash, cleanliness in the shed, yards, fencing, milking, getting the cows on time. Moving Irrigators : Using Tractor to shift Electric Lateral and Diesel Lateral and Gun Irrigation.
Using 4 wheeler to shift Kline's, use a 2 wheeler for shifting sprinklers.
Mowing paddocks using tractor and rolling paddocks.
Feeding Out Milkers making sure they have always enough break for them to be happy.
Sometimes I do late shift for them to cleanup the paddock for better quality grass for the next rotation.
Feeding Out lames by giving them a good break or a baleage.
Feeding out calves by mixing milk powder for healthier calves.
Tubing 1 day old calves with Gold A colostrum for immunity and healthy calves.
Assisting in treating the red cows, like mastitis.
