We come to you as a team with over 25 years experience between us. We are honest, reliable, loyal and dedicated with a strong work ethic. We have the ability to build long lasting relationships with people of all ages and cultures, and are able to keep a cool head under pressure; working well together in busy, high volume environments.
We have both had the privilege of learning from incredible mentors in dairy farming over the years. Gaining knowledge and skills from the foundational elements, right through to leadership and management. We feel this has prepared us for this next exciting challenge moving forward bringing two different perspectives, ideas and experiences together.
We met when working together on a farm in Oamaru and for the past eight years we pursued and grew in the dairy industry separately but feel moving forward we bring strength as a partnership, bring both our knowledge and experiences together to advance and grow further in the industry and ourselves.
We both grew up on farms in India, gaining understanding from a young age and now have more than 10 years experience individually in the New Zealand Dairy Industry. We enjoy being a part of a team, but can also work diligently independently. We have great attention to detail and thrive in work that is challenging, interesting and both mentally and physically stimulating.
Also with our wives and kids we bring a financially secure, positive working environment, where we treat our staff as part of our families. My (Sukh) wife Kayla is a kiwi and we met while farming. She also has a passion for farming and for the last 7 years has been taking care of the calves, and together we have done the farm administration and HR.
